Where should i park?

Friday 5/1

Park at Ijams Visitor Center, Mead’s Quarry, and Mead’s Quarry Overflow lot for social hour, music fun, and full moon hike. You are also encouraged to Bike in for the festival.

Boat drop-off for the group float at holston river park starts at 7pm - If you are bringing your own boat, drop off your boat at the river launch at holston river park and then move your vehicle to ijams quarry lots so you can pick up your vehicle after the float.

Saturday 5/2

in addition to Ijams Visitor Center, Mead’s Quarry, and Mead’s Quarry Overflow lot, there will be parking available at south doyle middle school and shuttles that go between there and the visitors center.

Parking will not be available at River Landing or Aberdeen Lane.

Do I have to Pay for Parking?

NO! Parking for Outlandish Adventure Festival is free.

to South Doyle Middle School (to park and take a shuttle)

Park in the main lot in front of South Doyle Middle School. At the bottom of the hill, there will be a volunteer station where the shuttles will pick up. Shuttles will pick up at the volunteer station every 15-20 minutes, 10 AM-10:30 PM

FROM DOWNTOWN KNOXVILLE VIA Henley St.

Take Henley St. south.

Turn left on Moody Ave.

Turn left onto South Haven until the road ends

Turn right at the stop sign on Island Home Ave.

Ijams is about 1 mile on the left.

FROM I-40W
Take James White Pkwy exit 388A.

Cross Tennessee River and take Sevier Ave./Hillwood Dr. exit.

Turn left on Sevier Ave. (becomes Hillwood Dr.).

Turn right on Island Home Ave.

Ijams is about 1 mile on the left.

FROM I-40E

Take James White Pkwy exit 388A.

Merge on James White Pkwy.

Cross Tennessee River and take Sevier Ave./Hillwood Dr. exit.

Turn left on Sevier Ave. (becomes Hillwood Dr.).

Turn right on Island Home Ave.

Ijams is about 1 mile on the left.
